What is a healthy relationship to our emotions? It's such a basic question, but our culture provides few clear answers to it.
In this interactive workshop we will cover: emotional self-awareness; working with highly distressing emotions; cultivating genuine joy and cheerfulness; and how to handle the feelings you feel that aren't even yours, but belong to others. This is the class we all should have been taught growing up, but no one was there to teach it.
David Sauvage is a professional empath: he feels other people's emotions for a living and helps clients and students work through them. He was profiled by The Guardian and Vice as a master of his craft. He’s a great teacher; people love his spontaneous and no-BS approach to spiritual growth. He has done the work himself, surviving many dark years of depression to emerge present, centered and playful, with just the right touch of skepticism.

David Sauvage is a highly sensitive empath. An empath is someone who literally feels someone else’s feelings. For most empaths, these feelings are fleeting and random. But David has the supernatural ability to empty himself and tune completely into the person in front of him. The feelings of others express themselves through his physical body. Then he articulates what it's like to be you with great care. David has done readings all over the world, at private events and hotel openings, in popups and art galleries, and in the middle of Times Square. Now he is launching a show in virtual reality. He loves speaking about empathy and how to develop a healthy relationship with your emotions.
